Fundraising is such an important activity for Old St. Mary’s School. Funds raised throughout the year help offset costs for school programs. We encourage you to participate in our fundraising events and programs as it is a great way to support the school while having fun with the OSM community.
Annual Spring Gala
The OSM School Spring Gala is held every year and is a wonderful evening of dining and dancing with a spectacular silent auction and high-stakes raffle. Proceeds go to a different designated school program each year. Gala proceeds from previous years went to fund technology initiatives, playground equipment, and the Science and Spanish programs. Please join chair Carol Clavadetscher at OSM’s 7th Annual Spring Gala to be held April 16, 2011 at the at the UIC Forum. Sponsorship opportunities are available.
Oktoberfest
OSM celebrates its 2nd Annual Oktoberfest on Saturday, September 25, 2010 from 6:00 to 10:00 pm on our own Wabash parking lot. Please join chair Alison Pickart for German-inspired food, drink and music. All members of Old St. Mary’s community are encouraged to attend and take the opportunity to meet other parents and parishioners. This is an adults-only event.

Market Day
Market Day is a monthly shopping experience that will provide you with delicious dinners, snacks, and desserts while helping Old St. Mary’s School achieve fundraising goals. Your Market Day chair is Carol Ann Sandell.
Manna Gift Cards
The Manna program offers gift cards from local and national retailers for purchase at face value. Old St. Mary’s School receives a percentage from each gift card purchased to achieve fundraising goals. Chair Sara Broderick will develop a monthly sales schedule.
All In for OSM
The 1st annual Texas Hold'em, "ALL IN for OSM," tournament was held on January 28th, 2010 and was an unqualified success. Please come out and support the capital campaign fund to help build our school. Feel free to invite your family and friends. We are looking forward to another exciting evening on Thursday, January 27, 2011.
