At Old St Mary's School, we believe that every identity holds value and are committed to maintaining a safe, welcoming, and respectful environment for our students, staff, and community. We have chosen to include the pronouns of every member of faculty and staff under their picture, as we believe it is a necessary step to ensure that every identity in our community is recognized and knows they are welcome here.

Old St. Mary's School is raising up a new generation of exemplary learners and leaders and want to encourage our students to be inclusive and thoughtful. It is important to us to demonstrate respect for others to our student body, faculty, staff, and community. Just like using someone's correct name is a sign of affirmation, using someone's correct pronouns is a way to show them that you care about them and their identity.
